Help your child or teenager overcome bedwetting, food struggles and anxiety - calmly and for good
Practical, psychology-based solutions for families seeking real change
If your child is still wetting the bed, struggling with eating, constantly asking for snacks, or becoming anxious around food, sleep or everyday life - you’re not alone.
These problems can feel confusing, frustrating and, at times, overwhelming. You may have tried different approaches already, only to find the problem keeps coming back.
The missing piece is often not effort - but understanding how these patterns form, and how to change them properly.
I’m Alicia Eaton, a Behaviour Change Therapist with over 20 years’ clinical experience working with children, teenagers and adults. My work focuses on helping families solve problems that often feel stuck and rather than long-term therapy or surface-level advice, I use practical, focused approaches that work with how habits are actually formed.
As well as being a qualified Psychotherapist, I also use my training in hypnotherapy and NLP as these can create change more quickly than people expect. I understand how your past affects your present - and I’ll help you design your future.
I offer in-person sessions in Harley Street and online consultations worldwide.
Alongside this, I’ve written several parenting books and created programmes and resources designed to help you solve your children’s problems more easily - even if it’s not possible for you to have a private consultation with me.
I’m also regularly asked to give expert comments in the media, both radio and TV and I have written freelance articles for major journals such as The Sunday Times, Daily Telegraph, Daily Express and Guardian.
Why these problems don’t just “go away”
Children today are growing up in a very different environment — one shaped by constant stimulation, mixed messages around food, and increasing pressure from social media.
It’s not surprising that many are struggling with anxiety, sleep, eating habits and confidence. But what’s often missing is not advice - it’s a clear understanding of how these patterns develop in the first place.
When behaviour is only addressed at the surface, change can feel pressured or short-lived.When we understand what’s driving it underneath, change becomes calmer, clearer and far more effective.
NEW BOOK:
Mind How your Kids Eat
If mealtimes feel like a battle - or your child seems constantly drawn to snacks, sugar or comfort foods - you’re not alone.
Many children today are developing difficult relationships with food. Some feel anxious about eating, often leading to more serious problems. Others struggle with sensory sensitivities or become stuck in patterns that are hard to shift.
This book explains the psychology behind eating habits and offers practical advice on how to solve problems more easily. What children absorb emotionally about food matters just as much as the ingredients on the plate.
It’s not about rules or control - it’s about understanding what’s really driving the behaviour.
Here’s how I can help you
