Should I see a doctor before signing up?

If your child's bedwetting has come on suddenly and it's unusual for them, speak to your doctor first. Likewise, if you've had this problem for years but have never spoken to a doctor about it, a general check-up is a good idea. Often, medical tests come back normal — which simply means a behavioural approach becomes the most effective next step.

My child is a very deep sleeper — will this help?

Yes. The guided meditations and visualisation exercises that are part of this programme are specifically designed to improve the brain-bladder communication during sleep. Many deep sleepers have seen excellent results.

What age is this suitable for?

How does the programme work and how long does it take?

The programme consists of 10 video episodes, ideally watched one each evening over 7- 10 days — because psychologists have established consistency is the best way to stop an unwanted habit and create new patterns of behaviour. Each episode is no longer than 15 minutes, with a short daily activity to follow. You'll start to notice changes within days - calmer, more relaxed sleeping patterns. Dry nights might develop after the first week but it’s recommended that you continue the programme exercises for several weeks afterwards to keep the momentum going.
